Okay, I've taken five days to decide whether to humiliate myself or not with this post. I went to the dentist last Wednesday and he did a number on me (I won't be going back to him). This is only my second time to ever have any work done, but are you supposed to be numb for four hours? So, have a laugh on me...

Things I learned while getting my heat pump replaced
1. Not everyone is honest. Just because they say the whole thing needs to be replaced, doesn't make it so.
2. 3-5 Business days=a week and a half
3. I have lots of friends willing to loan me a space heater.
4. You can get used to 60 degrees in your bedroom.
5. You CAN NOT get used to a 60 degree toilet seat.
6. You can ALWAYS ask for a lower price.
7. You can ALWAYS ask to do some of the work yourself (or in this case have a great friend who is willing to do it for you) to save money.
8. It IS worth it to have a home warranty most of the time.
9. $319.00 is a lot less than $758.00
10. Be patient, pray, trust, and things usually work out okay.
