1. Not everyone is honest. Just because they say the whole thing needs to be replaced, doesn't make it so.
2. 3-5 Business days=a week and a half
3. I have lots of friends willing to loan me a space heater.
4. You can get used to 60 degrees in your bedroom.
5. You CAN NOT get used to a 60 degree toilet seat.
6. You can ALWAYS ask for a lower price.
7. You can ALWAYS ask to do some of the work yourself (or in this case have a great friend who is willing to do it for you) to save money.
8. It IS worth it to have a home warranty most of the time.
9. $319.00 is a lot less than $758.00
10. Be patient, pray, trust, and things usually work out okay.

You are so incredible~ there are always lessons to be learned, right? I liked your list Ang. My bum is cold just thinking about that un-warmed toity seat. :) I am so happy it's all fixed now. Thank goodness for Brian! What an amazing friend.
When are we gonna learn from our Japanese friends that toilet seats ARE a great invention! We drive their cars...why not take their toilet seats, too!
